The longest single spaceflight record is held by Russian cosmonaut Valeri Polyakov, who spent 437 days, 18 hours aboard the Mir space station from 1994-1995. Following him are Frank Rubio (371 days) and Mark Vande Hei (355 days), both NASA astronauts.
