The European Commission has imposed some of the largest antitrust fines on tech companies, notably fining Google over €11 billion across four separate abuse of dominance cases, including €2.95 billion for Adtech and €2.4 billion for Google Shopping, while Microsoft faced a $1.26 billion fine.
