BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) holds the largest AUM among spot Bitcoin ETFs at $73.26 billion, followed by Grayscale Bitcoin Trust ETF (GBTC) with $15.78 billion and Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) with $15.51 billion.
