As of early September 2026, the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) holds the largest AUM at approximately $63.16 billion, followed by Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) with $14.21 billion, and Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) with $10.57 billion.
