Ervebo (rVSV∆G-ZEBOV-GP) is currently the only FDA-approved vaccine for preventing Zaire ebolavirus disease, demonstrating up to 100% efficacy in preventing cases in vaccinated individuals 10 or more days post-vaccination during outbreaks.
