Divinity: Original Sin 2 received numerous accolades, including PC Gamer's overall Game of the Year for 2017 and a BAFTA Games Award for Multiplayer in 2018. It was also nominated for Best Role Playing Game at The Game Awards 2017 and the 21st Annual D.I.C.E. Awards. Its predecessor, Divinity: Original Sin, won the 'Spirit of the PC Award 2014' from PC Gamer.
