Lecanemab (Leqembi) demonstrated a 27% slower cognitive decline over 18 months compared to placebo in early Alzheimer's, and has a more favorable safety profile with lower rates of amyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIA) than Aducanumab (Aduhelm).
